Real Estate Ghaziabad On The Road To Transformation-winavi

Real-Estate One of the most preferred locations for buying property in Delhi NCR, Ghaziabad, has turned out to be dynamic city. In the recent decade, the real estate market has flourished quiet well: from a remote, all barren, and an uninteresting place to buyers, the city has be.e the hot spot of NRI investors. The transformation can be readily seen by the way the real estate Ghaziabad has turned out to be: top-class projects offering avant-grade amenities and lavish lifestyle. The developers like SARE and Emaar MGF have found the city as another fish to fry. And they have, indeed, making hay while the sun is shining. The city started as an affordable market, as opposite to Delhi and Mumbai, where residential market is too pricey. But as the demand for Ghaziabad real estate started levitating, the prices too pushed all the way up. In localities like Indirapuram and Vaishali, the rates have almost doubled. A 950 sq. ft., 2 BHK apartment with the rate Rs. 4947/- sq. ft, would cost you around 50 lacs. In Indirapuram too, the same would cost you around 47 lacs. These two, along with Rajnagar Extension, Crossings Republik, and Vasundhra are the hot localities of the city. While the price per square feet rate at Raj Nagar Extension and Crossings Republik stand somewhere around Rs.3500/ sq. ft., at Vasundhara, the rate is higher: Rs. 6330/sq. ft. The infrastructure in the city has shown a tremendous development over past many years. Its connectivity too is improving year after year. Besides being connected to Delhi Metro, the real estate Ghaziabad is going to get benefited by the establishment of 22km Link Road. This road, when .pleted , shall provide a fast and hassle-free connectivity between Zeta sector of Greater Noida and Vijay Nagar in Ghaziabad. The special benefactors of this connectivity shall be the residents of Crossings Republik; they can now reach Noida within 20 minutes. On the negative side, the city has a high crime rate and is notorious for property frauds. To tackle these problems, the government is taking stringent steps. The satellite monitoring of the encroachments is one of them. The new Land Policy is expected to bring transparency into the things. About the Author: 相关的主题文章:
